What Can We Learn From Alaska?

The New York Times reports on the new energy revolution occurring in Alaska, and fueled by necessity. Due to its isolated location, many areas in Alaska already experience near $8 a gallon for gas. This has provided ample incentive for innovation.

Among developments chronicled are wind turbines and harnessing river power.
